I asked our Local 180klms away about TV boards was told $15 a tonne kinda disheartening . But a question please . I had a feed bag full of Alloy casings from different drives and it was put in a domestic ally does that sound right ?

yep that sound right, it not extruded nor is it cast, it's more a molded or machined aluminium I guess.
15c kg is ok for the boards if you can sneak a few items off, like the copper spool, small copper spools, some aluminium heat sinks, crystals and I always take the copper band off the large transformer
when I sell crt boards complete.
