    G'day gnellas77

Complicated question you ask. There are lots of different types of CPU's and they all have differing amounts of gold. However, the following generalization might help.

Very High Yield (Ceramic) - 0.25 gram or more per piece
High Yield (Ceramic) - Between 0.05 gram and 0.25 gram per piece
Low Yield (Fibre) - Less than 0.05 gram per piece

I have an excellent document published by http://goldrefiningforum.com that is free. It covers the gold content of many electronic pieces which might interest you. But for your question it gives detailed lists regarding CPU's. It is in PDF form but to large to upload here. If you go to their website the document name is "eScrap Refiner's Gold Mining Guide".

    Good luck
